Well what's digital art?
For me it is creating 'fantasy' based on one of more digital photos (most of the times) I took in my lifetime here at this globe. Starting point for me is always trying to use as much own elements as possible. But I can also mean to use (free and paid) elements from other digital artists. This results into so called composites.
Another form can be executing certain actions in Photoshop. One of them is transferring into a painterly look. I do this kind of editing mainly with portraits and landscapes.
